Measuring Lives Changed Through Collective Impact

Why Data Matters

Every number represents a person.

Every statistic represents a family.

Behind every data point is a story of resilience, partnership, and hope.

At our recent 100 Families Alliance meeting, we shared the latest outcomes from our work together. These numbers remind us that when a community unites around families in crisis, lives can change.

Families Moving Toward Stability

Since launching the 100 Families Initiative, we have served 157 families.

Today, we celebrate an important milestone:

41 families have moved from crisis to stability.

This achievement is the result of churches, nonprofits, schools, healthcare providers, businesses, government agencies, and community members working together with one shared purpose—to help families thrive.

Housing: A Foundation for Hope

One of our most significant areas of progress has been housing stability.

When families first entered the program, only 22 families were living in stable housing.

Today, that number has grown to 72 families.

That represents a 223% increase in stable housing.

Housing is more than having a place to live. Stable housing provides children with consistency, parents with peace of mind, and families with the foundation they need to pursue employment, education, health, and financial stability.

The Power of Collective Impact

These results were not achieved by one organization.

They were made possible because our Alliance works together.

Each organization contributes its expertise.

Each Family Advocate walks alongside participants.

Each partner removes barriers.

Each success represents another brick placed in the lives of the families we serve.

Looking Ahead

While we celebrate these milestones, we recognize there is still much work to do.

Every family deserves the opportunity to move from crisis to stability.

Together, we remain committed to building stronger families, stronger partnerships, and a stronger community.

One family at a time.

One brick at a time.

Together, we are building a cathedral of hope.
