The Numbers Tell a Story: Families Are Moving Forward

Building relationships, strengthening our community.

At our September 100 Families Alliance meeting, we took time to look beyond activities and focus on what matters most: Are families actually moving from crisis toward stability?

The data tells an encouraging story.

Since launching the 100 Families Initiative, we have served 168 families and 344 children. Families enter the program experiencing crisis, often facing challenges in multiple areas of their lives. Yet through the collective efforts of our Family Advocates and community partners, we are seeing measurable change.

One of the most significant outcomes is in housing stability.

At intake, only 12 families were considered stable in housing and five were thriving—a total of 17 families. At the time of our September Alliance meeting, 68 families were stable and five were thriving, bringing the total to 73 families. We have moved from 17 to 73 families experiencing stable or thriving housing situations—an increase of more than 300%.

Another important number is 141. Of the 168 families served, 141 currently have no child welfare involvement. This is especially meaningful because families come to 100 Families while experiencing significant areas of crisis.

But these numbers represent more than statistics. Behind every number is a parent, a child, and a family working toward a different future.

And behind every family is an Alliance—organizations bringing their expertise and resources together.

This is Unity in Action: not simply counting how many families we serve, but measuring whether families are becoming stronger, more stable, and better positioned to thrive.

Together, we are turning data into impact—and crisis into stability.
