Building Collaboration to Help Families Move from Crisis to Stability
Over the past year, the 100 Families Initiative has demonstrated the power of collaboration in helping families move from crisis to stability. Through partnerships between organizations, churches, and community leaders, families facing homelessness, unemployment, mental health struggles, and financial hardship have found hope and support.
We are now excited to begin expanding this work into Eaton County.
Although Eaton County is often viewed as economically stable, many families continue to struggle with housing instability, transportation barriers, rising living costs, and financial hardship. Many are living paycheck to paycheck and are only one crisis away from homelessness.
The 100 Families Initiative brings organizations together to address the root causes of poverty through coordinated care, relationship-building, and holistic support. Using the HopeHub platform, families are connected to resources and partners working together instead of in silos.
The initiative focuses on areas impacting family stability, including:
- Housing
- Employment
- Mental health
- Transportation
- Financial stability
- Family support
As we expand into Eaton County, our vision is to build strong partnerships with churches, nonprofits, schools, healthcare organizations, and community leaders committed to helping families thrive.
Together, we can bring greater hope, stability, and transformation to more families in our community.
