Families experiencing crisis often need help in several areas at the same time. The 100 Families Initiative was created to connect those families with the resources already available in our community.
The results are encouraging.
167 families served.
1 out of 3 families has moved toward stability.
An average of 5 agencies is serving each family.
100 members are participating in our Alliance.
59 agencies are connected through HopeHub.
These numbers represent more than program activity. They show a community beginning to work differently.
Instead of families searching for help from organization to organization, partners can coordinate resources and address multiple needs together.
Five agencies serving the average family also demonstrates something important: no single organization can meet every need a family has.
Our greatest resource is not one program or one agency. It is the collective strength of our community.
The data is showing us that when resources are connected and families receive coordinated support, families can move from crisis toward stability.
