Collaboration: The Mortar That Builds a Cathedral of Hope

Our community is filled with organizations doing incredible work. Churches, nonprofits, government agencies, businesses, healthcare providers, and community leaders each bring something important.

Think of each organization as a brick.

A brick can be strong and beautiful, but bricks placed next to each other do not make a cathedral. They need something to connect them.

They need mortar.

For the 100 Families Initiative, collaboration is our mortar.

One organization may provide housing. Another offers employment. Another provides mental health services, transportation, childcare, healthcare, or spiritual support. When these organizations work separately, families are left trying to connect the pieces themselves.

Our Alliance exists to connect those pieces.

We are not trying to make every organization the same. We are bringing our different strengths together around families.

Every organization is a brick. Every relationship strengthens the structure. Every act of collaboration adds mortar.

Together, we are building more than a network of services. We are building a Cathedral of Hope for families in our community.
