Dear Alliance Partners,
We are filled with gratitude for your partnership and commitment to healing and transforming lives in Ingham County. Since our official launch just a few short weeks ago, the momentum has been powerful—proof that collective action does work.
What We’ve Accomplished So Far
- 50 Families Served since our soft launch
- 28% of these families have already moved from crisis to stability
- 140% increase in housing stability
- 98 agencies have attended our Alliance meetings
- 44 organizations have officially joined HopeHub, our case coordination platform
- On average, 4 agencies are collaborating to support each family
