At United Against Poverty, we are on a mission to help families move from crisis to stability. 100 Families is our flagship initiative, designed to provide struggling families with the support, resources, and community connections they need to thrive.
Through a holistic, relationship-driven approach, we equip families with tools to overcome challenges such as housing instability, unemployment, healthcare barriers, and lack of support systems. Our process includes:
Help us make a difference.
Every family’s journey is unique, and our Family Advocates walk alongside them every step of the way. Through one-on-one Needs Assessments, we identify the root causes of their struggles and create customized action plans to help them achieve stability in areas like housing, employment, mental health, and education.
No family should have to face hardships alone. Through our network of trusted partners, we connect families with essential resources, including:
🏠 Housing assistance
💼 Job training & employment support
🩺 Healthcare & mental health services
🚗 Transportation & childcare solutions
By fostering collaboration between at least four organizations per family, we create a strong, coordinated support system that helps families move from crisis to long-term stability.
We believe in the power of collaboration to create lasting change. Our Alliance Meetings bring together churches, community leaders, service providers, and local organizations to:
🤝 Share success stories and best practices.
📝 Identify gaps and strategize solutions to poverty-related challenges.
🏡 Work together to ensure families receive comprehensive, effective support.
By uniting efforts, we amplify our impact—creating sustainable change that benefits families and strengthens the entire community.
✅ Regular meetings unite diverse voices to drive real change.
✅ Collective action creates stronger, more effective community support.
Our work is only possible because of people like you. Whether you donate, volunteer, or spread the word, you play a vital role in helping families reclaim hope and stability.
Every dollar given, every partnership formed, and every volunteer hour invested transforms lives.
